You cant keep a good witch down!! With the use of my naturally given intelligence i have found a way to get back online. For the past few weeks ( seems like years) my father has been staying with me to keep an eye on me while i have been sick. He is a retired doctor and seems to think that just by his presence here my illnesses will be cured because the germs will be afraid to be around such greatness! He really has been a big help to me and I dont want to even think about what could have happened to me if my father didnt question the original doctors diagnosis. But......every minute of every day he is yelling at me to get back to bed and he leaves my computer on to stay in touch with my mother .That means that even during the rare time I have been allowed up, i couldnt get online because he was always blocking me. I ordered a new laptop last week and it arrived here on Friday afternoon. I had to get the cable company here to run a new connection to where my bed is and yesterday, me and a friend named jennifer, whos blog post is below this one ( in many ways) spent the day getting all the software up and registered and running and last night i jumped around to some of my favorite sites. I then decided that i needed something to do so i flooded my fathers e mail box with e mails from me. I think he will be deleting things all day today...hehehe I would like to thank Kat, Nick and Jennifer for all their concern over the last few weeks. Jennifer has gone out of her way to be as helpful as she could and Rufus even pitched in the other day to help me take a ride. I would like to point out one thing in response to something Jennifer said. I did not lose a wrestling match to a dog. Well, i did but Rufus cheated. He was using all four paws to hold me down and he was licking my face too so i couldn't stop laughing long enough to fight back. Now that i know his weak points, i will beat him in the rematch. I have never had a dog so i dont know if this is typical of dogs, but Rufus knows when someone is sick. He instinctively knows it and he goes right over to the person who is sick. I have never seen anything like that before, when my cats were alive, whenever i was sick, the cats would just laugh at me. Ok....my first post on the new blog is done, i will be posting here for a while, mostly because with four people i dont feel like i have to post something every day and given what things have been like around here lately i never know when ill be back again. Now that i have my new laptop and have figured out how it works i will be on a lot more than i have been. My thanks go out to kat, nick and jennifer for allowing me to be a part of this blog, i know it will be a lot of fun to work with. once again i would also like to thank them all for the help and their concern during the last few weeks. My deepest thanks go to Jennifer for bringing me frappes one after another....and for loaning me her dog so i could take a ride around town.
